[AMRadio] 10M AM Frequencies

Hi Eddy,

I haven't looked too hard for a 310 or the AM filter for it but haven't run
across one that was cheap.

As a note on the SB 300 I added additional coupling capacitors in the audio
circuit and greatly improved the low frequency response. The better low
frequency response lets a little more adjacent channel crud in on SSB but is
much more pleasant to listen to.
 All the heath receivers lack good low frequency response as they are.
