[AMRadio] 10M AM Frequencies

Just talked to a French station on 29000 with my K3/KPA500 and received a
+20 and wonderful audio report.  That was exciting.

Also consider that a good method of improving receivers on 10M is by the use
of a converter.

Since ham band receivers give 500KC of coverage on 80M it is a good
frequency for the IF.

The OLD handbooks also have articles on these converters. They also have
articles on preselectors it you don't want a converter.
