[AMRadio] Cheap Dedicated 10 Meter Receiver

Even if you don't want to use it for transmitting, a converted CB rig 
makes a good, cheap dedicated receiver for monitoring 10 meters. Some 
of those rigs will surprise you when it comes to their receiver 
performance.

As for the HR10 on 10 meters, try adding a pre-amp. If you don't want 
a store-bought pre-amp, there are circuit designs out there in 
numerous old ham magazines and handbooks.
