[AMRadio] Chile on 10

Real time prop map for 10 meters has showed lots of TEP, Sporadic E and
F2 openings this afternoon through the evening. As I type and the
receiver is hopping, 10 is open from the East Coast to Europe, South
America, Africa, and the Far East. This is a great time of year for TEP
(North/South path). Been like this for the last several days.
