[AMRadio] RME (EV) DB23

On 8/30 I asked the forum if anyone had some information on an RME  4004.  
The model 4004 (as labeled
on the back ) is actually a DB23 pre selector marketed by Electro  Voice 
(1960).  The original manual is only three pages (2 pages  of instruction and 
a schematic) long.  I don't seem to be able to  bring down from the BAMA 
site what looks like a good copy of the manual.   If anyone would send me a 
copy, I would appreciate it very much.....
