I finally found my self-induced problem in my Dad's (W5JHJ SK) Champ 
that I've been restoring. It was in pretty good shape and, after I'd 
completed my "restoration" the drive had all disappeared. I finally 
found the problem (a solder joint that wasn't in the drive network) 
and all is again well. I need to do some major re-arranging of my 
desk and I also need to verify that his HQ-170 is healthy but, once 
all that is done, the old beast will be on the air again.

A big thanks to Jim W5JO for his help and encouragement and also for 
loaning me his Globe King VFO. It doesn't generate all the needed 
frequencies, but it got me someplace where I could pick up the trail!
