I have a home brew 2X813 Amp that I use on AM. With about 2200V on 
the plates it is loaded to around 300mA and produces 250W carrier and 
1000W PEP on voice peaks.

So that's 660W in and 250W out, so the plate dissipation is 205W each 
at idle. That's rather more than the spec for ICAS of 125W, but so 
far the tubes have survived. They have decent air flow.

So I would say go for it. With three tubes you could get close to the 
legal limit of 375W carrier and 1500W PEP.
