[AMRadio] 10 Meter QRP AM Frequency

As the previous cycle began to peak, there was some discussion on the
QRP list about a rallying frequency for people who were running
converted CB rigs.

One suggestion was to use 29.065. For rigs which were converted with
the simple 2 MHZ move upward, 29.065 fell on channel 9 of the radio's
display.

The reason for this suggested frequency was that many of the CB rigs
built since the early 1980s default to channel 9 when powered up. Some
even had a channel 9 priority watch feature. The CB rigs behaved this
way because channel 9 was supposed to be the nation wide "emergency
only" channel.

While some operators of the converted CB rigs began using 29.065, it
never really caught on as an "official" qrp frequency.

Nevertheless, it is far enough removed from the occasional congestion
around 29.0, that a low power signal can usually be heard there with
less likelihood of being unintentionally clobbered by a higher powered
station.
