Wow, just worked WA3MJY/KH6 with my new to me Radio Shack HTX-10, 7W AM to a

4 element Cubex Quad here, and a tribander on his end.  I was the strongest 
signal calling him at that time, hi hi.  Fantastic for my first AM 
contact!!!  Now to get the Viking II/R-390A/75A2/DX-60 etc on for the other 
bands.
