[AMRadio] Dreaded D-104

Dave, I agree that you can buy the element for less but you can not buy 
it for $5.00, shipping alone is about $5.00 that makes it $10.00, 
personally I have an account with Mouser, but many guys are not willing 
or know how to create an  account.  So paying  an e-bay vendor $12.00 
plus $2.20 shipping is not out of  line at all
