Yep! However, I have to be able to hear that "tinny" voice.
If I happen to ignore you, forgive me. I've been around entirely too
many turbine engines - even though I have always worn hearing
protection. Something spinning at 23,000 rpm gets through ear plugs and
muffs.
I've got a whole lot LESS loss from firefights. I can't hear the
horizontal scan of a TV any more. It used to drive me batty, even in
another room.
