[AMRadio] Johnson VFO up-grading

I would hate to modify such a classic device. That VFO was used by so many
of us. I have one and I still use it with a viking II. I net to the receive
frequency so the dial is not a concern. I also find that after a 1/2 hour it
really doesn't drift. May be no one has published any mods because it
doesn't need any.
