Hey Bernie,
I guess I will have to make time to take the test or whatever.
Design Engineer, Communications Systems, Broadcast engineer
Radio and TV. Also a few things not for public consumption.
After I get settled in Next Ham-fest I will get the upgrade
and be done with it. That way I will be following the rules!
