Hi John,

We are seriously considering doing that.  Right now, it's only available  in hard copy
form.  I need to convert it to PDF, and when I do, I may  consider uploading it to
AMFONE.net, as well as my club's  website. I also need to convert the audio tape to CD and
MP3.
