Just after noon central time, I had a nice chat with Jeff, W7ID on
21.425.

After we signed, he worked one or two other stations that were too
close for me to hear.

At about 1:45 PM, I heard a KH6 calling CQ, but had to wait for a
recording project to finish on the computer before trying to answer
him. That took about 5 minutes, and by that time, he was gone.

The amazing thing is, there isn't much SSB activity on the band today,
even around 21.3, where it is usually pretty thick.

There is still plenty of daylight, so come on down to 15 meters, the
signals have been pretty good!

Just jump in there and have fun, and don't worry about who thinks you
are a "real AM operator" and who doesn't.
