[AMRadio] DX-100B, output falls off gradually

It has been more than 40 years since the last time I did anything 
with a DX-100 or any other of these boat anchors, but yeah, I'm 
pretty sure it's not supposed to happen.  In particular I am real 
certain that it's not supposed to dump carrier into no load, after 
the TR relay drops out, while the HV is in the process of bleeding down.

Sure, there are lots of ways I can implement a time delay relay to 
prevent this, but my point is it shouldn't be happening to begin with.

I'm just looking to see if any of you with far more recent experience 
with these things than I have, might have an idea of what I should 
look for before I wrestle this 100-pound block of iron over to the 
workbench... last time I messed with these things, that was a lot 
easier to do than it is these days... :-(

Yes, but it still can't be right that it takes one full second to go 
from full output to no output when you flip the plate switch off.
