[AMRadio] Protecting receiver (was WTB: Coax relay, 110VAC, aux contacts)

It seems to me that no matter what the receiver is, shorting the
antenna jack on its back panel to the cabinet will get the job done
along with switching the antenna feedline to the transmitter and if
necessary, opening the speaker line or switching to a resistor to give
the audio transformer secondary a load.
