I believe there is an increasing interest in both collecting and operating the old vintage ham gear which
has driven the value of these old "boat anchors" up. I've noticed the high prices too !
I wish I had a boat load of boat anchors to sell , hihi
I picked up a Johnson Viking 2 for about twice as much as I thought it would be worth but
couldn't find another one for less. I already had the Johnson remote VFO and figured a Viking 2
with out the remote VFO should be pretty cheap.................. :-)
