Wow, Don, thanks for sharing all that information.  There is such a weath of 
information in that one post that it may take me a while to "wrap my head" 
around it, but I do appreciate your sharing what you learned with the rest 
of us.  I am a "newbie" to AM, but learning a lot about my antennas and 
feedlines in addition to a whole new mode of operating.  This is what 
amateur radio is about, and I wish more would share like this in such easy 
to read terms!!
