[AMRadio] Ebs Test failure

The SBC guys here in Dallas who did know retired years ago. Now days if it 
doesn't involve CAT5 good freekin' luck....... 


I use to envy the Halcyon 704 test set the broadcast services guys used. I 
bought one used but in good condition in '06 / '07 for $25.00. I'd guess the 
AT&T and XO techs that come in to deal with T1 and
ISDN issues and installs wouldn't even know how to use the thing.
