[AMRadio] Ebs Test failure

Good Grief!

Bellsouth had DSL into my son's house in Georgia.  That was the biggest 
joke I have EVER seen!

Not only slow, but perpetually going down!

What made it even worse, was the fact that we could look out the window 
and SEE their distribution cabinet less than 25 yards away!

It's pathetic!
