Lately, I have been doing more listening, resurrecting, and tinkering 
than operating,  so, hope to hear you soon on the more popular 
frequencies here in Northern California; 3.870, 3.885, 7.293, 29.000, or 
29.040 MHz.  3.870 is the most active --every night.

I'm in the process of resurrecting some AM gear and would like to do some AMing on the bands.
In tuning around the bands, particularly 40 and 80, I haven't heard any AM activity.  Is there much
or any AM activity anymore ?   I live in northern Calif. in Napa county.
