If you have the antenna for 10, definitely try it.  Earlier today I 
worked M0DAD on am using 35 watts and he had only about 25.  Most of the 
signals are very good until about 10 AM .

And listen around on 75 meters in the early evening on 3.875.  You 
should hear several CA stations including some from WA, OR, AZ.
