[AMRadio] Rusty chassis

I would just get in there and do the best I can with a little very
fine sand paper and blow out the residue with one of those compressed
air cans and call it a day.  If the chassis is more rust red than
metal color, I'd bite the bullet and remove everything and get serious
with a chemical bath of some sort.

But, I am not the type who has to have the inside looking beautiful
because I'm an operator and this is why God gave us cabinets.  Also
it's radio and I'm the only one who sees it.
