You can remove rust with different chemicals and mechanical means but any
damage done to the chassis is permanent. Pit and pock marks don't go away
unless you have the chassis re-plated. I once purchased a Globe Scout from
a guy. He told me, "she ain't the prettiest gal at the dance but she puts
out good"! "Putting perfume on a pig doesn't make it a silk purse". :-)
