Please guys don't drift into personal obversations about others. 
Remember what they prefer is up to them and in this group it is not 
really up to you to chastise or crtitcize that selection.  Keep things 
positive and point out the reasons for your choices.

I don't think there are  many subjects that will generate opinions 
faster than the no code debate.  To me, (opinion) it is not the class of 
license a person holds, it is the class of the person.  The one common 
thread on this board is we all are or becoming technically competent. 
We must to keep our equipment working.  This is a place to assist others 
in that endeavour and discuss topics pertenant to that.  It is great 
someone decided they wanted to tackle the present test and upgrade. 
Their presence here demonstartes what type of person he/she is.  They 
are not the type who lack ambition.  For that reason alone I applaude 
and welcome them.

The Extra test today is, in some ways harder to me than the one I took 
back in 2000 and the ones I remember from the 50s.  That is because I 
have no interest in some of the topics but hams entering today are more 
operation orientated, therefore more questions about proper operation.

Remembe guys, please do not get personal.
