[AMRadio] WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THE CODE

That happened to Martin Milner on Adam-12. He kept keying the police 
radio with the mic wires after he crashed. Finally Jim Reed figure out 
where he was. But Milner did not have a cell phone.
