p.s.  Knowing CW is important just for testing--what if you have a rig
or some antenna/matching network you want to test and the only way is
to do so on the air?  You have to identify.   maybe it has no
modulator yet or there is some other reason you can't do a voice ID,
or you want to conduct field strength tests down in the upper part of
the CW subband where you won't QRM anyone.   Being able to zap out a
quick CW ID is very convenient for doing testing and measuring.
