Roy Morgan, came up with the muffin fan setup.  I don't know where to 
download it, or I'd give you the URL.

The R-390/URR TM is available either by Edebris, under Military, or some 
other untold number of sources.

When rack mounted OR placed in a cabinet, both the top and bottom covers 
should be removed.

It is stated so in the TM.
