It would probably be inappropriate to advocate breaking any laws --
regardless of their stupidity or the unlawful manner in which they were
created. However, if we believe a law is unsound, or is unreasonably
restrictive or unequally applied, it is our moral duty to do all in our
power to get that burdensome law rescinded and replaced by another law
or regulation which is fair and equitable.
