[AMRadio] AM power

  I was an OO for many years,  they have no authority what so ever and 
nothing to do with the FCC. it is only a courtesy. I can not imagine one 
actually coming out unless he lived very close.  one of the main reasons I 
quit was because more than a few wanted to argue about what was observed . 
I suppose a local club could send out another ham for an interferance 
complaint if they were contacted, my experiance has been that they usually 
contact the local TV or radio station and they tell them to contact the FCC.
