In 20+ years of running am, I have never measured the true power out and honestly never cared. I live in the boonies, no neighbors and I operate my station cleanly, never interfere, swear and cuss, belch, play music etc.
I highly doubt Uncle Charlie would ever have a reason to come up the mountain to check or even care either. Another mountain out of a molehill and a well-beaten horse if ever there was one.
