That's for sure.  Using SpectraPlus FFT software, I haven't seen a 
fundamental frequency lower than about 78 Hz for any male op, including guys 
like N2VU who do voice-overs for a living.  The lower fundamental range for 
most men is roughly between 75 Hz and 90 Hz.  But that small 10-15 Hz makes 
Charlie van Dyke (another popular voice-over talent) sound the way he does. 
Just my opinion, but once you get to the 100Hz point in a voice-only channel 
and say a 6 dB/octave roll-off going lower, you're reaching diminishing 
returns.
