You may want to re-check the paperwork and confirm the distinction between 
main and sub-panel purposes with SquareD.  Your configuration appears to be 
for use only as the main panel.  A separate buss bar is often provided or 
sold as an option when the panel is used as a sub.  In the U.S., the only 
place where neutral and ground should come in contact is at the main panel 
although the neutral is also earth-grounded upstream at the serving utility 
company transformer.
