This is getting ridicules, I hear all sorts of beacons and a few ssb 
stations, then crank the knobs around and around to 29 and nothing!!! why 
does anyone think they have to be that far from the bottom of an unoccupied 
band???   Please do not tell me that the way it has always been!! no it has 
not!!
