[AMRadio] 10 Meter AM Signal Update

I had the receiver on scan all day on 28.4, 29.00, 29.6 and only heard a couple
S. American stations on 28.4 all day.
I keep listening for openings. I did have a couple contacts on 12 meters with
Brazil and Chile. The Brazil station worked a JA that I could not hear.
Signals in 20 and 17 were weak and scarce. I hope the propagation improves soon.

10 Meters is definitely open right now. I just completed a PSK 21 contact
with California on 5 watts. It is open, just no one talking (that I can
hear). I do hear some west coast CB activity.

It was 2 guys in southern Delaware, N3ELK, and KB3NXQ.
Their signals really came up when I moved the beam in the right
direction. Funny thing about how that happens!
I talked with them for a few minutes.
They were surprised to find the band open.
