Thanks John for the reply..........The most obvious difference between the  
45 and the 45B is the presence of a VR-150 Regulator and some had changed 
the 80  Rectifier to a 5Y3,,,,,,,,,Also the Converter tube is a 7S7 instead 
of  a 7J7 ........Do you know what ER issue has that rework article  ???
 
I'll let you know what information I receive............There have been  
several responses to my inquirery
