In Canada, Industry Canada has all but given up enforcing the Radiocommunications Act
vis-a-vis hams. They do no enforcing or investigation of jamming, bootlegging, etc.
Hams up here have to almost resort to vigilante justice to get any kind of "enforcement".
They still enforce land-mobile and broadcast, and the occasional CB'er, but that's it.

I don't know what you heard, but do you really think that's necessary,
when all you need to do if you don't like what you hear is to QSY or turn
the radio off?
Do you really want the gov't to have that kind of power?
Please, let's be careful what we wish for, we might just get it!
