Yep, I bet that is what it is, very noisy. When I listen to them they talk
about sending pictures. I also thought it was 3710, but they appear to
transmit SSB ( voice) on 3713 or so. I did not cal the R390a, but it
should be close. They usually run about 20 over s9 here in central Ohio.
