Bernie, I haven't heard that on 75M yet, but have heard the noise on other 
bands.  They don't talk much with it, like they used to with the old analog 
SSTV, so it's hard to know who they are.  I guess they think the ID on the 
mode is enough, and I guess FCC says so too, not like the CW id of old.  I 
haven't tuned any of it in yet, but any sound card program lets you look in, 
at least it did.  I'm not up on the "new" digital stuff, but that's what 
your racket sounds like.

Just like much of society today, good manners seem to be less and less on 
our bands.  I'm sorry to need to say that.
