what seems a common problem with these rigs- IF can T1 developes a short. the internal caps short out. They are molded into the base. Replacing the base, and then installing new caps is a good fix. I have seen this repair done before. What i need to know is the value of the caps. I am thinking 50 or 100pf? Russ.
