[AMRadio] UTC CVM_5 mod transformer

I don't rate them highly, I had three at one point, two were noisy, all were 
kind of restricted in the frequency response.

If you can come up with an old RCA mod trans, they seem a lot better.
You don't even have to take the DC off it.
