Don't recall hearing anything like that, since I generally don't aim the
beam South when working the 10 M AM arena. But aiming East, and above
roughly 29070, I've heard what sounds like commercial dispatchers,
continuous talk-type transmissions, and other assorted transmissions all
in foreign languages. It probably could be images or even the real thing.
All of them were weak with lots of fading. I generally just work around
them. Lots of frequencies there to play on.
