[AMRadio] Capacitance meter / tester

Rick there are any number of good capacitance checkers out there. I ordered 
a cheapie from ebay, came from china, less than $20 and it works really 
really well for checking capcitance.
However, if you want to stress test a cap your gonna have to pay big bucks 
for something along the lines of an old Sprague TO-6 or something like that. 
I let mine go a number of years ago and have regretted it since.
