Never heard of such a list. AM is a phone mode just like SSB. However,
certain countries due to their amateur rules, limit the maximum
transmitted AM phone bandwidth to 3KHz (Bermuda as an example) which sort
of takes the fun out of operating AM. I'm pretty sure that the AM mode
hasn't reached the "ban", "prohibit" "do not use" forbidden", "penalty if
used" , etc. lists in too many places. There might be countries within
Region 1, 2, or 3 that define band plan (modes/frequencies/etc.) that
vary from what we use here in the U. S. and maybe even what is actually
recommended in their respective Region 1, 2, and 3 band plans.
So far for the month of November and the first several days of December,
I've worked about 48 or so different countries (got Israel and Greece
this morning) on 10 meter AM so AM is very much alive in many countries.
We just need to get the word out to all countries all over the world that
AM is alive and thriving on 10 meters and other bands.
