Thanks to all of you for the offers. Now that I have contemplated the
request, I have another thought. If the stuff is DI-electric, meaning
it will not conduct electricity, then what will happen to the RF on the
center pin if it is coated? Will that cause trouble?
I don't know the composition of the packets that DB Products shipped,
but was told it would not interfere with the signal, but would fill the
void. Anyone knowledgeable about the stuff mentioned? I have seen the
"STUF"that you mentioned Don, but don't know anything about it.
At my age, I want to do it right the first time because it is difficult
for an old man to winch the tower up and down. Guess I need to invest
in an electric winch, huh?
