I've known Leo since 1960. I have a picture of him standing next to me and
Terry Sterman, owner of AES. Leo's son was also in the picture. I have
that in a large picture frame on my ham wall that also includes my picture
on the cover of Electric radio with a Globe King 500 and a note from Leo on
the back page. Also in the frame is a personal letter from Leo remembering
the good old days. I was the manager of the original Orlando FL Amateur
Electronic Supply in the 60's. Leo was a pleasure to know and I personally
will miss him very much. RIP Leo and if able send out some QSL cards from
above.

The first "real" A.M. rig I used, was a Globe Chief 90, plate
  modulated with 2x 807's in P.P.
   Still works fine.
