[AMRadio] NC270 Muting

When you open the +145 VDC line, that kills everything except the first converter and the audio output stage.  That is the way this rcvr was designed according to the schematic.  With the use of the normal TR relay which shorts the rcvr output during transmit or an electronic TR switch I have not had any problems with other rcvrs.  This is, however, the only rcvr I have looked at that the audio output stage stays on in standby.
