Hi Todd,
You are certainly welcome any time as well as any other members of the 
group. We have been doing this at Peoria and also Princeton IL hamfests for 
a number of years. I was originally doing ribs at Princeton and prime rib at 
Peoria and the group decided to skip the ribs for the prime rib!

I was happy because that was my choice also!

Also do prime rib for my family for Christmas. When it's 9 degrees it's a 
real challenge but haven't failed yet!

It's on my list of Things to Do, Bob. Had hoped to make it out this
year but still trying to sell the other house. Maybe in a couple more
years when things settle down domestically and economically. I've
heard nothing but good things about the event and been envious every
time!
