[AMRadio] Enigma?

There is some guy at Dayton flea market every year with a big CW
display, lots of vintage gear under (plexi)glass and I think he has
had code machines like Enigma on display. Unfortunately I can't
remember anything else about him but he is always there. Maybe
someone else knows who I am writing about.
